Max Verstappen Tops Final Practice at Zandvoort with a Lap Time of 1:21.631

The final practice session at Zandvoort was marked by challenging conditions, with three red flags due to incidents involving Kevin Magnussen, Zhou Guanyu, and debutant Liam Lawson. Only Lawson managed to return to the pits independently.

George Russell secured the second-fastest time for Mercedes, followed by Max Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez in third.

Fernando Alonso, representing Aston Martin, claimed the fourth spot, aiming for a return to the podium after a strong start to the season.

Lewis Hamilton, driving for Mercedes, secured fifth place, while Williams’ Alexander Albon continued to display impressive pace in sixth.

Oscar Piastri finished seventh, with Valtteri Bottas also maintaining a presence in the top 10.

Charles Leclerc encountered some wide moments at Turn 1 but managed to secure ninth place, and Lando Norris rounded out the top 10.
