Man Utd locked the goalkeeper of Fenerbahce to replace Dean Henderson, becoming the second choice for Ten Hag to use after Onana

Man United are said to have reached an agreement to sign goalkeeper Altay Bayindir from Fenerbahce for 5 million euros.

The deal also depends on whether Dean Henderson leaves Man United or not. Crystal Palace is the most likely destination with a 26-year-old goalkeeper. In addition, he is still negotiating to join Nottingham Forest on loan with the option to buy permanently.

Bayindir is being examined for back problems in Greece. After knowing the results, Man United will make a decision whether to spend money to recruit this goalkeeper or not. The transfer amount that Man Utd has to spend is only 5 million euros.

Since joining Fenerbahce in 2019, Bayindir has kept 44 clean sheets in 145 appearances in all competitions. If he joins Man United, Bayindir will take on the role of substitute for Andre Onana.

Bayindir is one of the goalkeepers that Man United is interested in at the moment. Benfica goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos is also targeted. However, Man Utd will only recruit these names if they can liquidate Dean Henderson.

Elsewhere, Man United is in talks with Ipswich Town to sell defender Brandon Williams. This could be a loan deal with an outright purchase clause.

Man United are also looking for options in midfield. Sofyan Amrabat is the name that is said to be able to land at Old Trafford. Ryan Gravenberch is also in the spotlight. In return, Donny van de Beek is likely to have to leave.

In defence, centre-back Harry Maguire is likely to be retained. Man Utd will probably withdraw from the Benjamin Pavard deal and accept this player to join Inter Milan.
