£18m mansions
Grünwald, 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) southwest of downtown Munich, is a favorite hangout of Bayern players because the club’s training facility is only a 15-minute drive away.
Being the wealthiest municipality in Germany, the little, quiet town of “Bavarian Hollywood” naturally has a high cost of living.Local real estate professionals have supposedly spilled the beans on what the Kanes may pay for a home in Bayern, should they decide to relocate there.
According to MailOnline’s source: “Grünwald is the Bavarian Beverly Hills.” It has the finest luxury houses and is where the affluent and famous choose to call home.

According to the rumor mill, the family plans to relocate to a mansion with 12 bedrooms, complete with an indoor and outdoor pool, a wine cellar, a home theater, and a wellness room. If it doesn’t work out, the Kane family still has plenty of options among luxury homes. Meleven is at the very top of the price spectrum, being advertised as “an art lover’s home” for a staggering £18 million. A “small sandy beach” and spectacular furnishings, including floor-to-ceiling glass, highlight this eight-bedroom villa, which overlooks the beautiful bay of Liscia di Vacca.Ex-Bayern defender Jerome Boateng also has a lavish mansion, complete with a heated pool and a wine cellar.Bild reports that the asking price is £10 million, despite the fact that the home was just purchased in 2016 for £6.4 million. The current offers also include a £7.6 million Bauhaus mansion with a movie theater, sauna, jacuzzi, and expansive grounds. There is also a villa with six bedrooms and amenities including an indoor pool, sauna, and spa that is listed for £5.5 million.
£450 caviar & pick ‘n’ mix sushi
Workers at the area’s popular eateries claim that current and past Bayern players frequent them frequently.
Chang, an Asian restaurant featured in the Michelin guide, sells sushi in a “pick ‘n’ mix” format for £100, caviar for £450, and ribeye steak for £40.
H’ugo’s, which serves truffle pizza and spaghetti, is another popular location frequented by the A-listers in Bayern.
Alter Wirt and Forsthaus Wornbrunn, on the other hand, provide up authentic Bavarian fare like pig knuckle and schnitzel if Kane has a need for such things.
According to MailOnline, the typical cost of a lunch for two is £50, while a liter of beer runs over £10 and snacks cost close to £10.

According to its website, “school of the future, today” best characterizes the Bavarian International School in Munich-Schwabing.
As the website goes on to say, “Top international teachers there make learning fun and joyful for the 250 children from over 30 nations.”The Munich International School is another option, although it would cost them £7,500 each year.
The young teams at nearby club TSV Grünwald are coached by German icon Lothar Matthaus, so Harry’s kids may follow in his footsteps if they want to play football.
