Jurgen Klopp delivered an angry message to Liverpool fans in The Kop during their game against Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Reds came from behind to pick up their first win of the season and extended their unbeaten run in the league to 13 games.

Klopp’s side earned a 3-1 thanks to goals from Luis Diaz, Mohamed Salah and Diogo Jota.

However, they had to play the last period of the game with ten men after new midfielder Alexis Mac Allistar was shown a red card.

Despite the victory, the German manager was noticeably angry during the game as supporters in The Kop started singing a rendition of his song, as per the Liverpool Echo.

Klopp had previously explained that he didn’t want the supporters to sing the song until they had won the game.

As a result, he was heard shouting: “Can you stop singing that s***? Can you stop it?”

Still work to do for Liverpool

Despite winning, the scoreline didn’t reflect Liverpool’s struggles, particularly in the first half.

They conceded inside three minutes after giving away possession allowing Antoine Semenyo to fire home.

The Reds have recently completed the signing of Wataru Endo from Stuttgart for £16m who will provide much-needed balance to the midfield.

Since losing both Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to the Saudi Pro League, Liverpool have lacked a defensive-minded option in the middle of the park.

They missed out on Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia who both joined Chelsea so supporters will be hoping that the fairly unknown midfielder Endo will be enough to solve their problems.

The Japanese international could make his debut next weekend as The Reds face a tough trip to Newcastle, who are likely to be one of their rivals for a place in the top four this season.

Despite the initial poor performance, Klopp was pleased with the performance shown against Bournemouth and will be looking for something similar on Tyneside.

“It was a top response. The level was really good, it was really good,” he said.

Jurgen Klopp has provided an injury update after Trent Alexander-Arnold was forced off against Bournemouth.

Liverpool were back in Premier League action after their entertaining 1-1 draw against Chelsea last week.

The Reds were hosting Bournemouth at Anfield and found themselves behind after just three minutes courtesy of Antoine Semenyo’s strike.

However, Liverpool produced a spirited display to win the match 3-1, thanks to goals from Luis Diaz, Mohammed Salah and Diogo Jota.

After 76 minutes, Alexander-Arnold was replaced by Joe Gomez after he was seen limping on the pitch.

Amid concerns over the seriousness of the injury, Liverpool boss Klopp has provided an update after the 3-1 victory for his side.

He said: “He got a kick and it’s pretty painful but as far as he felt it, it didn’t twist or anything, it was a kick.

“That’s why we changed it. Hopefully he is okay.”

During the match, Liverpool’s summer signing Alexis Mac Allister was shown a straight red card for his challenge on Ryan Christie.

Speaking about the red card after the match, Klopp said: “I am not sure it is clear and obvious with the way we use VAR [for the red card]. There is contact. I don’t want to give advice to the refs but if he gives a yellow I don’t think anyone says it is a red card. I can’t believe that. Yes there is contact, this is clear.

“But this happens all the time in the game. There must be a different intention behind when it is a red card. Let’s see what we can do. We will try to talk to people.”

He added: “Harsh. We have to speak about it. What you can see in the pictures is yes there is contact but that is it.

“It was straight, there was no real power in the foot. There was contact but there is contact in a game all the time. I think if he gives a yellow card nobody would say, ‘by the way you need to have another look at that.’”

Whilst Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola said: “I don’t know. In real life, it did not look like a red card.”

Mac Allister could miss Liverpool’s next three matches against Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
