Discover inside Miami Heat star Victor Oladipo’s $10m seven-bedroom multi-garage mansion with huge swimming pool

While his future with the Miami Heat is uncertain, VICTOR Oladipo is investigating the Miami real estate market.

The 31-year-old shooting guard suffered a horrific knee injury playing against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs, which forced him to miss the Heat’s journey to the NBA Finals.

Oladipo’s two-year contract with the Heat, which was inked last summer, includes a $9.5 million player option for the upcoming season.

He has however advertised his opulent 6,500 square foot property in Miami Beach for $9.995 million, despite the fact that his long-term future in Miami is far from guaranteed.

Oladipo hopes to sell the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house he bought for $7.75 million in 2021 after being traded from the Houston Rockets for a nice profit.

The home is roughly three miles from the Heat’s Kaseya Center on Hibiscus Island, a private gated island south of the Venetian Islands.

The mansion, which has one and a half lots, boasts a gourmet kitchen, upscale fixtures, soaring ceilings, and a sizable swimming pool with patio furniture.

The master bedroom features two walk-in closets, floor to ceiling windows, and an island view.

Young artist Oladipo renovated the guesthouse to include a $50,000 recording studio, where he has been writing songs for his upcoming album.

A 24-hour police officer is posted at the main entrance as well as a beachfront park, tennis and basketball facilities, and playgrounds on Hibiscus Island.

However, Oladipo is looking for a house with bigger land for his family and himself.

“I would love for my daughter to have a tennis court, or just land so she can run and play around,” he said, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Oladipo has earned more over $115 million so far in his ten-year NBA career.
