Raheem Sterling, who is on the verge of completing a move to Chelsea, is currently in discussions with Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool regarding the sale of his Cheshire property, which is valued at £3.1 million.

 

 

 

The winger has had conversations about potential relocations with his countryman Alexander-Arnold, who is interested in relocating away from his current residence in south Manchester. He currently resides on the same street as Alisson Becker, who was a teammate of Paul Pogba’s while they both played for Manchester United.

However, according to The Sunday Mirror, Sterling is hoping to sell his Cheshire estate for approximately £4.5 million. If this plan comes to fruition, he would have made a respectable profit of £1.4 million since he purchased the property in 2017 and will have cleared the way for his $45 million transfer to Chelsea.

The 27-year-old currently lives there with his property developer fiancee Paige Milian and their two young sons.

The property, located in a village near Crewe, boasts five luxurious bedrooms with a modern grey colour scheme splashed across the walls – and even has its own wildlife pond in the surrounding marshland.

 

 

There is an annex with a spare bedroom above the garage, fitted with an outdoor basketball hoop, with the property covering a massive 7,500 sq ft area.

After going through the front door, visitors will notice a matte black staircase in the hallway with a grand piano for good measure.

Inside their home, the couple have fitted a white marble top and glossy cabinets to complement their stone flooring in the kitchen, with chic red seats accompanying the enormous island.

And when he is at home relaxing away from football, Sterling’s lounge provides comfort beyond belief. The living room at his incredible home features a grey-coloured furniture with soft velvet material, a typical choice of interior design for Premier League footballers.

There are also two bathrooms, with the first featuring an indigo colour scheme to give it a royal feel with powerful shower jets built into the wall. On the other side of the room, a custom design bath is built in by the window.

The other bathroom is more contemporary, with a calm feel completed by the ivory wooden panels on the wall and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi bath positioned in the centre of the room.

While Sterling appeared for City 44 times last season, scoring 17 goals, many of those instances were as a substitute. As his career nears its peak, the striker wants to start more games.

Since he bitterly left Liverpool for City in a £50 million deal in 2015, Sterling has enjoyed great success there. In those seven years, Sterling has become one of the team’s most decorated players after winning four Premier League championships, four League Cups, and an FA Cup.

However, it now seems the 77-cap England player will return to the English city, where he spent his formative years before leaving QPR for Liverpoool.
