Man Utd can sign 6 more contracts with new owner Qatari boss

Erik ten Hag can add 6 more contract goals to the Man Utd squad next season, if Qatari billionaire Sheikh Jassim is announced as the winner.

According to the Daily Star, if the Glazer family reaches an agreement to sell Manchester United club to Qatari billionaire Sheikh Jassim in the coming days, Erik ten hag will be reinforced with 6 more rookies, after Mason Mount and Andre Onana are about to debut.

Recently, the current owner Man Utd was given a commitment to support Erik ten Hag to shop and improve the strength of the squad before the 2023/24 campaign, regardless of the club being for sale.

Man Utd has spent 70 million euros (including surcharges) for Mason Mount and is prepared to spend another 55 million euros to welcome goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan.

The Red Devils are reported to be accelerating to be able to finish more striker Rasmus Hojlund (Atalanta) with the same price as Onana in the summer transfer.

Erik ten Hag will have more spending budget, if Man Utd sells redundant players, not in the plan of this military leader.

However, the Red Devils really have a lot of money once the Glazers agree to sell the club to the Qatari billionaire, Sheikh Jassim, who offers to take over the whole thing, unlike Sir Jim Ratcliffe who is willing to let the Glazer family have shares.

However, the sale of Man Utd has not shown any signs that it will soon be over, despite being offered for sale since November last year.

Information from the UK said that the reason why the Glazer family extended the sale of the club was because no bidder had paid the price they wanted – £6 billion.

Therefore, as long as the current owners are willing to spend (from £ 100 million to £170 million for the shopping budget) the captain will be less worried.
