Tottenham is about to receive a huge offer from Bayern Munich when the German champions continue to pursue England captain Harry Kane.

Bayern have seen their first two offers rejected by Tottenham , but the Gray Lobster remains confident of reaching an agreement this summer. While Tottenham are trying to keep Kane at the club for the foreseeable future, the 29-year-old is said to be open to a move to Germany.
According to Football Insider, Bayern will return with “a new, more attractive offer”, a figure higher than the record transfer fee Spurs received from Real Madrid for Gareth Bale (£85m) in 2013.

Losing Kane will certainly be a big loss for Tottenham, but they are in a difficult position when his contract expires next summer. The 29-year-old scored 30 goals in the Premier League last season and is one of the top scorers in Europe, despite Spurs’ lack of consistency.

New coach Ange Postecoglou recently discussed Kane’s future in the hope of finding a solution soon: “I think, for those involved, we don’t want to linger too long. That’s not good for anyone. Not good for Harry, not good for the club. But I also don’t want to set a deadline because it will put more pressure on. The fact that he is still a player on the payroll of Tottenham.”

“It is not that his contract is going to end and he has to make a decision. He has a year left. So I’m not comfortable but I don’t put pressure on him or anyone else at the club. But I also don’t think any of us want this situation to continue for too long,” Postecoglou asserted.
